The RSNO regrets to announce that the advertised soloist, Hélène Grimaud, has been forced to withdraw from this concert due to ill-health.

However, the RSNO is delighted that Antti Siirala will now perform Schumann’s Piano Concerto in her place.

Denève brings the 06:07 to a heroic close. RSNO Leader Edwin Paling will feature in Strauss' epic Ein Heldenleben, in his last concert with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra.
