Then be immediately enveloped in the tranquil peace of Vaughan Williams’ hauntingly beautiful and delicate Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis performed by the RSNO strings.

After the interval (and a rare opportunity for a reflective evening’s wander through the Museum) conductor David Danzmayr brings the full forces of the Orchestra together for Brahms’ great, romantic Fourth Symphony.
