Louise Fenlon, External Relations Officer
Louise works across the External Relations department, working with colleagues in both the marketing and development teams.
In 2016, Louise created the RSNO Young Professionals membership scheme, which she now manages on an ongoing basis. She also manages the operation of the RSNO 500 Club, the RSNO app (free to download from the app store), and promotes the RSNO’s student and under 26 ticket offers. Louise regularly updates the press cuttings database and sends internal updates.
On the digital front, Louise writes and manages the monthly RSNO email newsletters, and works with members of the marketing team to keep the RSNO’s social media channels up-to-date. Louise also works with colleagues to edit content on the RSNO’s website.
Louise works with colleagues towards the planning, marketing and running of fundraising events, including the RSNO Gala Ball. She also regularly liaises with venues to book spaces and hospitality for corporate receptions at RSNO concerts and events.
Louise regularly writes copy and design briefs for a variety of print, working with internal and, when required, external designers throughout the design process. She also arranges distribution for RSNO print and is responsible for booking all advertising for RSNO concert programmes.
Louise joined the RSNO in March 2015.
