Naked Classics concerts are a unique way to enjoy classical music. The series makes coming along to orchestral concerts more exciting and comprehensible, especially if it is a new experience for you. Each concert focuses on one orchestra masterpiece and investigates the story behind the music and what inspired its composer.

The concerts are presented by Paul Rissmann – an experienced composer, presenter and animateur – who is hugely popular with our audiences. During the first half, Paul and the Orchestra delve into the piece using an innovative mixture of projections, lighting, on-stage demonstrations and interviews to reveal all the music's secrets. After the interval, with a new insight into the music, audiences are treated to a performance of the piece in full by the RSNO.
