How to purchase:

If you would like to book a subscription please click on the Watch Now button on the homepage. If you would like to browse the variety of concerts on sale, please click on the Browse button in the top menu.

To book a subscription or concert, simply click on the subscription package or concert you would like to purchase. Here you will be able to watch a trailer and see the full details of the concert/s. To book the subscription package or concert click the Buy button. This will take you to a secure payment page. Here you can choose whether you are purchasing for yourself or as a gift for a family member or friend.

Create an account:

If purchasing for yourself, you will be asked to create an account (use details you will remember as this is the account you will use to access the concert/s). Please note this is an account for the RSNO's dedicated video streaming site - other login details that you have with the RSNO / concert hall box offices will not work. Once you have created an account, enter your payment details and click Complete Purchase.

How to view:

You will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. You can use this email to access your account to watch your purchase. You can also visit, login with your account details and watch the subscription package or concert you bought*.

Please note, due to the ongoing uncertainty of the current Coronavirus pandemic, the RSNO may have to change programmes and/or artists at short notice or delay a broadcast date. If a concert has to be cancelled in its entirety and an alternative concert is not possible, all ticket money will be refunded.

*If you have pre-ordered a concert, the concert will become live on the broadcast date published in the concert description.

Can I book a ticket or subscription for a friend?

Yes, you can gift a ticket or subscription to a family member or friend. Simply click on the product you would like to purchase and select Gift This on the payment page.

What is a subscription and how much does it cost?

The Digital Season Subscription gives you access to 10 concerts broadcast between October 2020 and February 2021. For just £90, you can enjoy all ten concerts in the series for the price of nine. Concerts will be available to view until Sunday 14 March 2021. If you would like to see the full details, including broadcast dates of each concert visit

How much do pay per concert tickets cost?

Household ticket: £20

If you would like to watch the concert on the same screen with family or friends, please consider clubbing together to buy a household ticket, if you are able. The RSNO is a registered charity and all ticket purchases will go towards supporting our musicians, as well as community projects that we deliver year-round.

Single ticket: £10

Enjoy the concert you want to watch, when you want to watch it, from the comfort of your own home.

Concession ticket: £3

Our concession ticket is available for full-time students and young people under the age of 26, patrons who are unemployed and patrons with disabilities.
