When did you join the RSNO?
I joined the RSNO in September 2011.

Where are you from?
I am from Minsk in Belarus.

Where did you study?
I studied at the Royal College of Music in London (2003-2010), Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hannover (2000-2003) and The Republican Music College in Minsk (1991-2003).

What do you enjoy most about being in the RSNO?
The RSNO is an amazing Orchestra! Its experiences during the past 125 years are indeed historical. Several generations of musicians, creating music, pushing the standards higher and higher. It is an honour for me to be among these people now and to take on the creative challenge of playing in one the leading professional orchestras in Europe.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not playing with the Orchestra?
At the moment I combine two things when I am not playing with RSNO; I have my own concerts and recitals as a soloist.

If you could have dinner with anyone (alive or dead) who would it be, and why?
J.S.Bach. I think he’s a father of classical music.
