We are seeking a strategic, highly organised and collaborative individual to join the Senior Management Team in the role of Director of Finance & Corporate Services. This is a key leadership role responsible for reporting on all financial performance, budgeting and forecasting and ensuring compliance with RSNO’s main funding bodies.

Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure that the wider organisation is supported through the provision of efficient finance and business support services, including HR. The Director of Finance & Corporate Services is the organisation’s lead expert on finance matters, advising the CEO, Management Team and Board of Trustees of short, medium, and long-term finance strategies and activities to optimise the RSNO’s financial resources.

You will also sit on the Board of Scottish Digital Arts Media which was formed in 2021 to provide soundtrack recording services for clients including Walt Disney, Sony Pictures and Paramount, amongst others. This is a key focus and growth area for the business.
