Becoming a Chair Patron puts you at the heart of the RSNO, giving you a unique connection to the musicians on-stage. If you have a passion for a particular instrument or seek an insight into the life of an orchestral musician, becoming a Chair Patron gives you the opportunity to gain a new perspective.
Our Learning and Engagement projects bring music into the community. The RSNO provides vital, high-quality musical experiences to people across Scotland, in settings such as schools, community centres, hospitals and care homes. As a Patron, you will find out more about the Orchestra’s work off the stage and around the country.
The RSNO is incredibly proud to represent Scotland’s exceptional musical heritage across the world, introducing the Orchestra to global audiences and reconnecting with Scottish ex-patriates. We continue to increase the reach of our work, building new audiences for our recordings and growing Scotland’s reputation. Touring Patrons are invited to join the Orchestra abroad, gaining a unique insight into the complex operations of international touring.
