RSNO Major Donors are an inspirational group of people who contribute considerable philanthropic gifts to the Orchestra on an annual basis, allowing us to realise the most ambitious goals of the Orchestra, extending our reach across Scotland and inspiring audiences with outstanding musical experiences across the world.
Major Donors receive an exceptional level of access to the RSNO, including the opportunity to build personal relationships with our Music Director, Chief Executive, Trustees and, of course, the musicians. A series of private events offers unique experiences and an insight into our work, bringing our supporters further into the RSNO family.
Music Director’s Fund
The Music Director's Fund is a vital part of our fundraising programme. The Fund underpins the Orchestra's central programmes of activity, from outstanding performances on the concert platform to the delivery of transformative education programmes in communities across the length and breadth of the country. The Fund promotes a very close and intimate association of the highest level between the Music Director and supporters, with special events to deepen the relationship between donors and the Orchestra. The minimum annual gift level for Major Donors is £10,000.
RSNO Benefactors are beacons of philanthropic inspiration, providing truly transformative financial support to the Orchestra that enables us to build and deliver long-term strategic plans. Benefactors share the RSNO’s vision for orchestral music, and work with us to drive the organisation forward, helping us to realise our future plans and ambitions. Benefactors provide exceptional support to the RSNO at an annual level above £25,000.
